What role does technology play in the modern workplace?
Tech has been integrated into every job today. Covid extended that past what we previously knew and allowed people to work kilometres away from their job. It pushed many people to online, work from home jobs.
What are the ethical expectations for modern businesses?
Modern businesses have very high ethical expectations and expect very politically good acts from their employees.
What is an introvert
- Less social
- Ok with being alone and with their own thoughts
- More analytical
- Prefers small groups of people
What is an extrovert
- More social/outgoing
- Prefers larger groups
- More easily distracted
Misconceptions of introverts
- Aren’t always shy
- Aren’t always bad leaders
- Doesn’t gain energy from being alone

What motivates us as people? Is more money always the motivating factor?
Money isn’t always the most motivating factor. Internal motivators and motivation by other factors exist and are sometimes more powerful.
