Second Moroccan Crisis
France invaded Morocco and Germany sent a boat down to force France to give them territory. Britain, worried about trade routes, forced Germany to back off. Increased tensions between Britain and Germany.
Second Balkan War
Bulgaria believed there were too many ethnic Bulgarians living in Serbian and Greek territories, and attacked. Bulgaria lost and shrank while Serbia grew in size. A-H is mad, improved alliance between Serbia and Russia
