Slowly progressive thinning of peripheral K, typically superior
Men > women

A
Quiet A/C No injection May have yellow lipid line Fine pannus over thinned areas Irregular or ATR astigmatism

What is the typical Tx for Terrien’s?
A
Correct astigmatism
Protective eyewear for significant thinning
Lamellar grafts if extreme thinning present
