What is the Tx for PUK?

A

Abx ung - erythromycin Q2H
Cycloplegic - Atropine 1% BID or scopolamin 0.25% BID
*consider doxycycline 100mg BID for MMP inhibition
Systemic steroid - Prednisone 60-100mg (according to response)
H2 blocker - ranitidine 150mg BID
