Confidentiality
the state of being secret; “you must respect the confidentiality of your client’s communications”
Body language / nonverbal communication
A transmission of messages by a medium other than speech or writing.
Conflict of interest
the circumstance of a person who finds that one of his or her activities, interests, etc., can be advanced only at the expense of another of them.
Cooperation
an act or instance of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit; joint action.
Dependability
capable of being depended on; worthy of trust; reliable: a dependable employee.
Empathy
the intellectual identification with or vicarious experiencing of the feelings, thoughts, or attitudes of another.
Independence
freedom from the control, influence, support, aid, or the like, of others.
