Where the weather sets the mood for a scene so if it is rainy and a person is sad that is pf

This is were you use words with the same starting letter or the same kind of sound all in a row
Colloquial language
Where no attempt to use formal language is made so it is slang

A description that gives you a visual picture to imagine in your mind
