A
Rights included:
All people, whatever their gender or religion had the same rights.
- Freedom of movement, speech & choice
- Equality between genders
- Basic needs (like health, sanitation, school, clean
water and shelter) - Freedom to life and not be harmed
- Right to a fair trial (innocent until proven guilty)
- Freedom of slavery
- Freedom to participate in the government
- The UDHR is part of the law in countries worldwide
