Q

How is temperature reported and rounded?

A

Temperature is recorded in whole degrees and always as 2 digits. Any .5 value is rounded to the warmer value for safety reasons.

Q

How is pressure reported and what are the rounding rules of?

A

Pressure is reported as 4 integers and is ALWAYS rounded down, no matter the value. Even .9 values are rounded down (ie 1016.9 is 1016).
