I am a Purchasing Professional with over 5 years of experience working for Home Builders. I’ve partnered with some of the largest names including Delta faucets, ACME brick, and Electrolux Appliances.

I am highly dedicated and ambitious. Every time I get a new project I look at it with a cost savings approach. Of course, my goal is to also have a quality product to please the client. With the ability to analyze spending, products and their trends I have always been able to meet this goal of purchasing a good quality product at the lowest cost.

As Purchasing Manager at Serene Country Homes, when I first arrived they had no budgets for the homes already under construction, so my first major project was to create those budgets. Over the next few weeks I worked with my team to get all of our suppliers and vendors commit to costs. Within a few weeks I was able to complete a budget for these homes which shocked executives at the high price.

So the weeks following I worked with vendors on what alternate materials we could use, looked at switching a few vendors, and put a rebate program together with manufactures which lowered the cost of each home to a much less jaw dropping number.

While I enjoyed my previous work, it was not a corporate environment. I am really looking for something that is a little more established and structured.
