Big Three all has different ideas on Germany’s future:
Stalin wanted Germany punished
Roosevelt and Churchill believed cause of WW2 was Germany’s economic crisis after WW1 and believed Germany needed to be rebuilt

Agreed there should be spheres of influences (areas controlled by a powerful country around them). Eg USSR’s sphere of influence in Eastern Europe where communism would be respected, and American and British sphere of influence in Western Europe where capitalism would be respected.
