When 2 plates collide. Can create mountains, plateaus, hills, subduction and earthquakes.

A
Plates that spread apart from each other. Creates sea floor spreading, valleys, canyons, earthquakes and mid-ocean ridges.

A
Two plates that slide pass each other. Creates earthquakes and faults. (Well-known fault is the San Andreas Fault.)
