* No procedures requiring physical intervention eg cleanings, fillings
* Only consultations, education, diagnosis
* Lack of personal interaction
* Virtual interactions may feel less personal and empathetic
* Impacting patient satisfaction and trust
* Harder to build patient dentist relationship

In conclusion
Expands access to care and is convenient to both patients and dentists
But has limitations
So should be integrated w in person visits
Not used alone
