A
  • team composition: considering factors such as personality, interests & age when forming a team
  • team development: a group of people who know each other and will develop quicker
  • nature of the task: everyone needs to believe in the task, making it more effective
  • team maintenance: important everyone identifies themselves as part of the team and are given numerous opportunities within the team
  • leadership: it’s important that a team has an effective leader who can motivate the team to minimise conflict
