What are the features of an effective team?
A
- team composition: considering factors such as personality, interests & age when forming a team
- team development: a group of people who know each other and will develop quicker
- nature of the task: everyone needs to believe in the task, making it more effective
- team maintenance: important everyone identifies themselves as part of the team and are given numerous opportunities within the team
- leadership: it’s important that a team has an effective leader who can motivate the team to minimise conflict

- the team player: someone who thinks about the people in the group and minimises conflict
