What do they focus mostly on?
They manage the whole team.
They focus more on any successes with the teams.

Who is Business Analyst?
People who understand the application well. They don’t lead but are the brain for us.
Ux/ui
The only team the client relies heavy on so they approve the design they like.
Everything you see is ux/ui
Who are developers?
They do the coding, bringing the application or product to life.
Who are qa engineers?
They resolve issues and make sure product or program is bug free before it launches.
Who is help desk?
The people we reach out first in case we need troubleshooting on the software or hardware. Only help IT project teams
Who are DBA?
database administrator are responsible for organizing the data and maintaining it.
Who are data analyst?
They study the data’s and take the wanted data and remove unnecessary data’s.
Who is app support?
They resolve any app related issues from customers.
What is security team?
They give you accesses to buildings and applications.
Who is product owner?
They are product developers that are responsible for arranging the product
