What is BRD?
business rules and user roles have to be followed so it meets the conditions
What is DD?
Designed by Ux/Ui, the only document where the themes for the application are given to the client
What is CRD?
3 documents all in one which is the FRD,BRD, and DD. The last document we create Consolidated
What is SRS?
specifies what database we will use and shows who will be the team members.
Who is SME?
They share their knowledge to companies in specific areas or piece of equipment to make sure the project is correct and they help solve problems.
Understands how the application will be built.

What is vertical team?
basically teams that train from eachother for the role they are in and they have similar responsibilities. Each team has 1 lead.
What is an example of vertical team?
Example: qa has QA Lead and developers has Dev Lead.
What is parallel teams?
They divide from the vertical teams and each team has individuals who works on ONE area to complete the whole program or application. There’s no leads but scrum master leads this team.
Example of parallel teams
team A 1 scrum master, 1 BA, 2 Developers
