What the patient learned. Have them teach-back, observe behaviours and practices, etc
Implementation: learning domains
Cognitive domain: verbal, reading
Affective: focuses on attitudes, values, interests, and appreciation of learners
Psychomotor domain: Doing. Roleplay or practice/demonstration
