MEA

OROCA
Off Route Obstruction Clearance Altitude
Provides buffer to clear obstructions when flying off route.
Mountainous: 2,000 feet MSL
Non-Mountainous: 1,000 feet MSL

Minimum Reception Altitude
Lowest altitude at which an intersection can be determined
MCA
Minimum Crossing Altitude
Lowest altitude at certain fixes at which an aircraft must cross when proceeding in the direction of a higher MEA.
MVA
Minimum Vectoring Altitude
Lowest mean sea level altitude at which an IFR aircraft will be vectored by a radar controller
