Response: Generalized
Defined: Pt reacts to external stimuli in nonspecific, inconsitent and limited response
LOCF Level 3
Response: Localized
Defined: Pt reponds specifically and inconsistently, may follow simple commands for motor action
LOCF Level 4
Response: Confused and agitated
Defined: Pt exhibits bizarre, nonpurposeful, no short term recall, attention is short
LOCF Level 5
Response: Confused, inappropriate, nonagitated response
Defined: Pt gives you random, fragmented, nonpurposeful response to complex or unstructured stimuli
