Incorrect for Fireman Service Elevators
A. Fireman service is req’d in all elevators that serve 3/more landing or travel 36’ or more if plans were filed after Jan 1st, 1980
B. Class E bldgs 100’ or more in height, every elevator serving a flr must be equipped w/FF Service if there are 3/less cars serving that floor
C. Class E bldgs 100’/more in height, every elevator serving a fl must be equipped w/FF Service if total load capacity of all cars serving the fl is less than 6000 lbs
D. Where a fl is serviced by more than 3 elevator cars, at least 3 elevator cars w/total rated capacity of not less than 6000 lbs shall be equipped w/FF Service
