A

differant cultures, neither gram stain

TB is acid-fast + (RED) and has microscopic serpentine appearance

Histoplamosis can seen as oval yeast within macrophages on biopsy or bloodwork can culture on sabourauds agar

isolate for 1st 2 weeks, the use 4 drugs ISONAIZID, RIFAMPIN,PYRAZZINAMIDE, and either ETHAMUTOL or STERPTOMYCIN
