Chronic, gradually worsening

* Fever or night sweats

* Lymphadenopathy

  • Patchy consolidation
  • Pleural effusions
  • Hilar lymphadenopathy

Isoniazid or rifampicin for 3 months
OR

P- Pyrazinamide 2 months
E- Ethambutol 2 months
