Pathophysiology

A

Mycoplasma tubercolosis causes region of central necrosis (Gohn Comlpex)
Involvement of hilar Lymphn nodes (Gohn Complex)

Reactivation due to immunosupression:

Cavitations
Disseminaiton to distal organs
Systemic milliary TB.
