Symptoms
Most commonly incidental finding
1. Cough, Breathless, Haemoptysis
2. Horners Syndrome
3. SVC Obstruction
4. Paraneoplastic Syndrome
5. Hoarse Voice
6. Constitutional Symptoms
Investigations
Routine bloods
CXR
Staging CT
PET Scan
USS Guided biopsy
Bronchoscopy
WHO Performance scale
0 - Unrestricted
1- Unable to complete streneous exercise
2 - In chair less than 50% of time
3 - In chair more than 50% of time
4- Disable
5- Dead
MRC Dyspnoea Scale
1 - Restricted on streneous exercise
2- Breathless when rushing or slight hill
3 - walks slower than same age must pause
4 - Unable to walk more than 100m, couple minutes break required
5 - Breathless at rest, while dressing.

Adenocarcinoma

Management
Stage 1 - Surgical ressection
Stage 2 - Surgical ressection
Stage 3a - Surgical ressection & Chemotherapy (PS 0-2)
Stage 3b/4 - Radiotherapy
Palliation - Radiotherapy
