FAR 61.57

  • 3 Takeoffs & Landings in the preceding 90 days to carry passengers in same category/class/type
  • To carry PAX at night the landings must be to full stop 1hr after sunset to 1hr before sunrise
  • Flight review with CFI every 24mo - min 1hr ground + 1hr flight. It’s not pass or fail.
  • Up-to-date medical

  • Complete BasicMed course

Limitations

  • Aircraft cannot be authorized to hold >7
  • Certificated takeoff weight of <=12,500
  • Carry <=6 passengers
  • Below 18,000’
  • Not exceed 250kt
  • Only USA
