What is the purpose of targeting?
Create desired effects in the OE to achieve the JFCs objectives by prioritizing, integration and application of lethal effects.

Scheduled - specific time and capes, in ATO
On-Call - dedicated capes planned against but not at specific time

Unscheduled - know to exist but not nominated or approved for JPITL
Unanticipated targets - Unknown or unexpected targets
