Ball Dig Beat
Beats on the floor and stays on the floor
Ball Dig Tap
Rebounds off the floor, the leg creates the action but the foot makes the sound
Flap to the toe
2 sounded action to the ball of the foot
Uses an open leg alignment
Weight remans on the supporting leg
Flap
A forward tap, finished with a heavy down beat on the flat of the foot, weight transferring to the working leg
Should have a relaxed quality

Similar to a slam but landing on the ball of the foot. Can be taken with or without a transfer of weight

A step onto the ball of the foot stretching the knee initially with a sharp pulling back action on the ground
Snatch
Place the working foot forward on the ball of the foot with a bent knee keeping the weight central. Using pressure from the floor, pull up stretching the working leg and straightening the supporting knee. With a relaxed foot and ankle allow the ball of the foot to catch the ground as you pull up

Two sounds made by the outside of the shoe, crossing the working leg across the supporting leg.

Leaving the floor with both feet, tap step forward with both feet at the same time
