Does anything that makes the pain worse or better?
When does it hurt the most?
Are you taking any tablets to made pain better?
Have you taken any medication?
Did you take any painkillers to relieve this pain?
Ask about the duration of the present condition.
When did the pain begin/start?
For how long have you had it?
Did it start on it’s own?
Is it the first time you have had pain in that tooth?
Tell the patient that you have to take his medical history
Ok, now I would like to ask you a few medical question
Ask about respiratory and circulatory problems
Do you suffer from respiratory or circulatory problems/disease?
Ask about allergies
Do you have any allergies?
Are you allergic to anything?
