2) Shift to Front Stance Reverse Punch
3) Front Kick Jump Front Kick and Yell
Left Middle Outside, Punch Punch

5) Turn to your Back 1/2 Mountain Block
6) Shift to Front Stance and Right Uppercut Under the Other Hand
7) Cross Step and 1/2 Mountain Block
8) Shift to Front Stance and Left Uppercut Under the Other Hand
Pal Chung 9-17
9) Turn to your back and Step with Right Foot and Double Knifehand Block
10) Shift to Front Stance and Punch
11) Front Kick Land Back then Step Back into Tiger Stance and Single Knifehand Block
12) Turn to the Left and Double Knifehand Block
13) Pop Kick Land Down then Shift to Front Stance and Reverse Punch
14) Slide Front Foot Back into Tiger Stance and Left Knifehand Block
15) Turn to the Right and Double Knifehand Block
16) Pop Kick Land Down then Shift to Front Stance and Reverse Punch
17) Slide Front Foot Back into Tiger Stance and Right Knifehand Block

18) Right Step Towards Back Wall and Double Fisted Block
19) Front Kick and Recover Jump Front Kick and Yell then Right Middle Outside Block and Punch Punch
20) Turn to your back and Back Stance Inside Knifehand Block
21) Shift to Front Stance and Forearm
22) Dropping Backfist
23) Punch
24) Turn to the Right and Back Stance Inside Knifehand Block
25) Shift to Front Stance and Forearm
