Assessed effectiveness of TQ from CUF
Applied TQ 2-3 inches in not done already
Packed wounds not amendable to TQ
Blood sweep
Junctional TQs
Shock assessment
Airway
Head tilt / jaw thrust as indicated
NPA - semi/unconscious
Extraglotic airway if indicated
Cleared secretions
Cric if indicated
Asses patency with SpO2
Respirations
Remove body armor - inspect font/back
Assess of Pneumothorax
Apply chest seal as indicated
Ventilate with BVM if indicated
Circulation
Pelvic compression device if indicated
TQ conversion/replacement
Mark TQs with Time - expose
Pack significant bleeding
Assess for shock
I’V/IO access as needed
2gm TXA
Blood with fluid warmer
Calcium after blood
Hypothermia / Head Injuries
Minimize exposure
Actively Warm
Asses mental status & Vision change
Asses eye trauma - rigid eye shield
Reassess MARCH
Lines 3, 4, 5 of 9-line
