Clinical features of AVNRT

A

Paroxysmal, spontaneous or provoked by caffeine, exertion, tea or alcohol.
Drop in BP resulting in presyncope or syncope.
If they have underlying CAD may have angina like pain
SOB
Anxiety
Polyuria (elevated atrial press. releasing atrial natriuretic peptide)
HR : 140-280
