How to update a published data source
- Start Page > “Tableau Server” > “Tableau Online” > log in > Click the appropriate datasource > edit
- Workbook>Right click data source > “Edit Data Source Image 7>
- Download a local copy of the Data Source > Make your edits > Open Workbook > “Server” > “Publsh Data Source” > select local copy Image 8> Change name from the copy t the published data source (usually same name) Image 9 > Uncheck “Update workbook to use the published data source > “Yes” to overwrite
- Wrong bc this is just the connection. You don’t have access to the raw data here
