Center tank pumps shut off and inner tanks feed the engines until 11,000lbs have been burned then light comes back on (CTR tank feeding)

Inner tank and recycled back to outer tank
What is the burn sequence of the fuel tanks?
Center, inner, outer
When do the fuel transfer valves close?
Automatically during the next refueling?
