I: Tendon of flexor digitorum longus (FDL)
A: Flexion of digits #2-5 @ MTC, PIP and DIP joints (Helps to correct pull of FDL)

AA: Medial and lateral plantar artery (Plantar arch)

O: calcaneal tuberosity (and planter facia) lateral tubercle
I: Little toe (lateral planter side of 5th proximal phalanx)
A: Abduction of 5th disit @ MTP jt (some flexion of 5th MTP jt)
N: Lateral plantar Nerve
AA: lateral plantar artery

A: Extension and lateral flexion and ipsilateral rotation of head and neck at the spinal joint

A

O: TPs of C1-C4
I: Superior angle and Superior portion of medial border of scapula (angle to root of spine of scapula)
A: Elevates the scapula at the Scapula costal joint. Extension (Bilateral contraction) and lateral flexion (unilateral contraction) of neck at Spinal joints (there is a twist half way down)
N: Dorsal scapular nerve
AA: Dorsal scapular artery

O: oblique head - fibularis longus tendon and base of metatarsals #2and #4. Transverse head - MTP ligament
I: Big toe (lateral aspect of base of phalanx) - some flexion of big toe
A: Adduction of 1st digit at MTP jt (some flexion of big toe)
N: Lateral plantar nerve
AA: Plantar arch
