Name the different types of Filtering
A
- LPF: all frequencies below the cut off point can pass through
- HPF: all frequencies above the cut off point can pass through
- Band Pass Filter: combination of LPF and HPF - all frequencies not affected by either pass through
- Botch filter: used to cut specific frequencies - extreme band pass
- Shelving filter: e.g. tone controls on hifis and guitar amps
