Describe orofacial digital syndrome.
A
Systemic: Heart defects, polycystic kidney disease, neurological problems (seizures, intellectual disability), bifid hallux (double big toe or thumb), fused/bent/extra fingers
EOE: Wide set eyes (hypertelorism), frontal bossing, alopecia, flat nasal bridge, asymmetrical nostrils
IOE: Micrognathia, missing mandibular laterals, supernumerary teeth, multiple hyperplastic frena, lobulated tongue, cleft lip/palate/tongue, enamel dysplasia, high arched palate, malocclusion
