Acetaminophen: 10-15mg/kg every 4-6hrs prn, not to exceed 75mg/kg or 4000mg/24hrs
Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen: 4-10mg/kg every 6-8hrs prn, not to exceed 600mg single dose

> 12yo:
Acetaminophen: 325-650mg every 4-6hrs, not to exceed 4000mg
Ibuprofen: 200-400mg every 4-6hrs or 600-800mg every 6-8hrs prn, max 3200mg daily
