MARFANS
Major criteria (diagnostic if > 2 )
- aortic dissection / dilatation
- regurgitation aortic value
- lens dislocation upwards (ectopia lentis);
- fingers long; arachnodactyly + other skeletal features:, armspan > height, pectus deformity, scoliosis, pes planus
- spine: dural ectasia (ballooning on dural sac)
Minor signs
- mitral valve prolapse
- nasal voice: high arched palate
- joint hypermobility
