Abdopain: suffering of hepatocytes
Dark urine: toxins not cleared by liver and end up in urine
Fatigue and tiredness: unknown
Ascites - build up of fluid due to low pressure of portal vein
Dark/reddning of plams
Bruising easily as clotting production impaired
