Dipstick 3-5 RBCs per HPF
Symptomatic or asymptomatic
Check BP and proteinuria
Exclude UTI

Circumcision
Urethral meatus (hypospadias or stenosis)
Glans penis
Penile exam (tumour, structure, stone)
Abdo (bladder, scars)
PR (anal tone, prostate, blood, tumour)
Neuro (sensation in lower limbs, peri anal sensation, exam of back for meningo-myelocele)

Urethral meatus (stenosis) Vaginal examination (prolapse, cysts, tumours, atrophic and scarring) Abdo (palpable bladder, scars) PR (anal tone, rectal tumour, blood) Neurological exam (lower limb sensation, peri anal, exam of back)
