Fractured neck of femur

CNS disease;Decreased vision;Cognitive impairment;Depression
Postural hypotension;Peripheral neuropathy
Medication;Pain e.g. arthritis
Parkinsonism;Muscle weakness

Incontinence;UTI;Renal impairment

Pneumonia
Anaemia
Hypothyroidism
