Where is lump - intradermal or not?
Is it a lipoma?
Consider TB, viruses such as HIV or EBV (Infectious mononucleosis)
Any chronic infection or potential cancer/metastases

CT to define mass in relation to their anatomical neighbours
CXR - malignancy or bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy
Consider fine-needle aspiration
