What are symbols?
Symbols are objects, places, events, or characters that have meaning and significance beyond their physical forms.
What is Allegory?
Allegory is a entire literary work in which abstract ideas appear in concrete ways.
What are Archetypes?
Archetypes are symbols that have a universal meaning that are commonly recognizable.
What is point of view?
Point of view is a narrator’s position in relation to the story the narrator is telling.
What is second point of view?
Second point of view is where the narrator is telling the story from both the beginning and with wording that makes it seem as though you are both there in person and yet not.
What is First person point of view?
First person point of view is where readers have the most direct experience of what happens in the story according to the narrator’s interpretation of it.
What is Third person point of view?
Third person point of view uses pronouns such as he, she ,it and they. instead of being in the midst of the action third person narrators have a perspective that keeps them at a distance and prevents them from playing a role in the story’s plot.
What is Omniscient?
Omniscient is where narrators know what every character thinks and feels.
What are Limited omniscient narrators?
Limited omniscient narrators only know and relate what one major or minor character thinks and feels.
What are Omniscient narrators?
Omniscient narrators share what all characters think and feel instead of limiting the narrator’s perspective to just one character.
