Spicy tuna roll
1 grade ahi tuna with jicama, avocado, spicy mayo, and chives. Wrapped in toasted nori, rolled in rice and topped with sesame seeds and chili powder.
Served with ponzu. Wasabi and ginger upon request.
Crunchy shrimp and macadamia roll.
Cooked shrimp, toasted macadamia nuts, cucumbers, jalepeno, cilantro and spicy remoulade. Wrapped in toasted nori, rolled in rice and topped with sesame seeds.

Kyuri maki roll
Ahi tuna, hiramasa, and salmon wrapped in cucumber paper with jalapeño, chives, avocado and spicy remoulade. Topped with trout roe.

Nigiri
Two pieces of hiramasa, salmon, and tuna. Served on top of sushi rice.
All fish topped with soy glaze.

Hiramasa sashimi with kale salad
7-8 pieces of yellowtail sashimi topped with olive oil, ponzu and Serrano chillis. Served with kale salad tossed in miso dressing and garnished with macadamia nuts.
Topped with sesame seeds.
Coconut shrimp roll
Toasted coconut, cooked shrimp, avocado, chives and spicy remoulade. Rolled in rice and wrapped in white soy paper.
Tuna mango roll
Tuna, avocado, mango, jalepeno, and spicy remoulade wrapped in white soy paper.
Served with spicy remoulade. Ginger or wasabi upon request.
Rainbow roll.
Crab mix, chives, cucumber. Wrapped in toasted nori, rolled in rice, and topped with salmon, hiramasa, ahi tuna, avocado and shrimp.
Salmon and hiramasa are garnished with lemon juice and siracha. Sesame seeds on salmon. Chives on ????
Served with ponzu. Wasabi and ginger upon request.
Thai tuna roll
Ahi tuna, julienned jalapeños, toasted macadamia nuts, toasted coconut, avocado and spicy remoulade. Rolled in rice and white soy paper.
Served with spicy mayo and spicy remoulade.
