A
- ASA indefinitely (start pre-operatively)
- below-knee bypass graft surgeries with prosthetics: plavix + ASA

A
-surgical procedures: denervation, resection, or decompression of dilated pancreatic duct

- above pectinate line –> internal iliac, inferior mesenteric lymph nodes
