A

Tanzania - only 46% people receiving malaria treatment actually had malaria! (Similar to self diagnonis where only 36% actually had)

India - only 3% get diagnosis, but 38% get prescribed drip or injection!

Findings:

A

US young born after campaign (where no more malaria) earn 10-20% more than older cohorts. (Shows eradicating allowed productivity long term maximisation). Probability of childhood infection 0.3 (15/0.3)

For Brazil 25-28% more than older cohorts.
