Q

One of the characteristics of a natural leader is to emphasize technical work. Explain what this means.

A

As a result of previous successes as technical specialist, the natural leader tends to carry on doing the same technical work when he is in the position as manager.
Technical work is defined as work performed by individual to secure results through their efforts rather of other people.
There is a reason why natural leader acts likes this. This technician work is the work he knows and he normally does it better than his subordinates. They get immediate credits for the results, and like all of us, thrive on this recognition
