(+) both eyes blink with contact to one eye

Cremasteric reflex

Scratch the skin of the upper medial thigh
Elevation of ipsilateral testicle

Gag reflex

Answer 4

Glossopharyngeal and vagus nerves
Stroke back of throat and observe rxn
(+) gag will occur

Plantar reflex

L5-S1
Stroke lateral aspect of sole with blunt object from heel to ball of the foot medially to base of the great toe
Flexion of the toes
(Babinski is abnormal = CNS lesion)
