mineral sunscreen has multiple names and is made from ingredients like zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. Hence the name mineral

SPF NUMBER
tells you how much UVB light (those are the ones that cause sunburn) a sunscreen can filter out.
SHows how LONG / mUch time you can be outside but it depends on many factors - sweat, in water, coverage etc
