A
  1. How was it done? Why did they do?
  2. How long had they been planning it for?
  3. Did they leave a note and prevent others from findings them (closing blinds etc)?
  4. How does the patient feel now about the attempt? Would they do it again?

  1. Risk factors for depression and suicide
  2. Lack of support network
