- Diazepam (Valium)

Disulfiram (Antabuse)
A
- Daily oral med used as Aversion (Behavioral therapy) against alcoholism
- Causes sickness if alcohol is consumed with the medication

Naltrexone (Vivitrol)
A
- Opioid antagonist that suppresses the craving and pleasurable effects of alcohol
- Also used for opioid withdrawal

Acamprosate (Campral)
A
- Taken orally 3 times a day to reduce the craving for alcohol
